Terms & Conditions
All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities including fresh milk, colour TV/DVD, radio, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, hand and bath towels, ironing facility, repair kit in each room. Wireless internet available in all rooms.
Deposit – One night deposit will secure a booking. Final balance is due upon arrival by cash or credit card. Advance payment cheques should be made payable to Lawnswood Guest House.
Debit & Credit Cards – All cards are welcome and NO charges are incurred when used.
Accommodation – is subject to availability. Cancellations outside a week of arrival, a full refund of any money paid is refundable. Within 7 days of arrival the full account is payable. We will do everything possible to re sell the rooms should this occurr, and any resold rooms the monies recieved will be paid to you.
Arrival & Departure - Check in time is after 2pm please. Check out time is by 10.30am on the morning of your departure. Early arrivals can be accommodated please call to arrange. Baggage can be stored for anyone requiring a late departure.
FREE Train and coach station pickups.
AIRPORT pickups can be organised with a small charge to cover fuel.
